Help with Laurel's apps

Use this page for support with Laurel Harned listener accounts, native iOS and Android apps, playback, purchases, push notifications, live rooms, comments, and TestFlight or Google Play testing.

Email support

iPhone, iPad, and Android testing

Include your device model, operating system version, app version, and whether you installed with a cable, TestFlight, or Google Play testing.

Playback and downloads

Send the track title, what you expected to happen, what happened instead, and whether the issue happens on Wi-Fi, cellular, or offline.

Push and email notifications

Push alerts and email notifications are separate settings. Include whether iOS or Android shows notifications as allowed for this app.

Purchases and memberships

Include the email address used for checkout and the item or plan involved. Do not send full card numbers or payment credentials.

Live rooms and comments

Send the room, track, or comment context plus the approximate time. Moderation and account-safety issues are prioritized.

Account access

If sign-in links or email verification are not arriving, include the email address you used and whether you checked spam or forwarding rules.

Do not send

Passwords, full card numbers, Apple ID passwords, private keys, or screenshots that expose other people's personal data.
